This button-press allows the radio-user to transmit a Conventional Selective Call or a Trunking Private Call Operation. The radio user must select the required Contact / Call ID and then press the PTT button to initiate the Call. A Selective / Private Call is typically used when the majority of transmissions are between a dispatcher and a radio-user, or a group of radio-users.
